Ask an Expert


Patient Navigator is proud to participate in the "Ask an Expert" program offered to members of the Aging with Grace™ network.

If you have been diagnosed with a serious illness, are facing insurance or medical claim frustrations or are having trouble managing your health care, we can help you.

When you work with a Patient Navigator, you can delegate stressful administrative tasks, learn to communicate effectively with your medical team and mobilize the resources you need to support treatment and recovery. Think of us as your medical coaches.

Patient Navigator LLC is available to talk with you during a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Should you wish to schedule additional telephone sessions or engage us to provide additional services, you will be able to do so. We offer a 10% discount to Aging with Grace™ clients for one year following your complimentary phone session.
